Seabreeze Par-a-dise is a privately owned, well kept first floor villa overlooking the 4th green in the Wyndham Ocean Ridge Resort.
About our Place
Over 1,300 sq feet of space with a large screen porch for relaxing and watching the golfers approach into the green or a few deer passing through in the late afternoon.
Just minutes to the beach, our 2 bedroom/2 bathroom villa has recently updated bathrooms and offers a king (Tempur-Pedic) bed in the master bedroom and 2 full beds in the guest room.

Amenities
A full size washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances, full house water filtration system and hardwood floors throughout. Keyless entry, wireless internet, and a wet bar for convenience.
Access to resort amenities include: 2 community swimming pools (one heated), workout center, mini golf, tennis/basketball courts and 18 holes at The Plantation Course at Edisto. The marina offers dining, boat charters and a great place to watch the sunset.
Sorry, No Pets Allowed
Edisto Beach has many locally owned places for dining, shopping and relaxing. Charleston is just 40 minutes north, with Beaufort 30 mins to the south for easy day trips for additional shopping and site seeing.

This property was perfect. It was well taken care of and clean. The location was great and the house had everything we needed for a few nights stay. I highly recommend booking this property.
